Where Do We Go From Here? Moving Toward Greater Equity in Illinois

Speaker Emanuel "Chris" Welch to keynote CTBA’s fiscal symposium. The theme of this year’s fiscal symposium is “Where do we go from here? How the state’s fiscal condition impacts its ability to use major policy systems to build a more equitable Illinois and create real opportunity for everyone, irrespective of race, ethnicity, income, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, or social class."  Speaker Welch will outline his vision for how to move the state forward fiscally to ensure a better future for everyone, and to make suggestions for policies that could move the state forward both fiscally and from an equity/opportunity standpoint.
