In advance of the November 2020 ballot question facing Illinois citizens, Lunch@65West invites you to join us for a lively debate exploring both sides of Gov. J.B. Pritzker’s proposal to amend the Illinois State Constitution to replace the current flat tax with a graduated state income tax.

The goal of this event is to discuss efforts to make the City budget more efficient; potential revenue sources that could help improve the City's fiscal situation; and visions of how we can use the budget to invest in our communities.
